Sewing has been in bits and spurts lately, but there is hope for the Bull's Eye.
I'm feeling a bit more affectionate towards it, after the dissection. But remember all of those corners that I trimmed off of the squares to make circles? And how I had to use them? This is the cute little quilt that came from them.
It is 10 1/2 inches, semi square. I decided to not use a ruler and rotary cutter for the blocks and to simply use scissors and a template. It already had that vintage feel and wonky just added to it.
So, I've had another pile of even smaller triangles left over from smaller circles, and I tried my best to throw them out, I just couldn't. In a weak moment, in need of sewing therapy, I reached out and grabbed them.
They are like drugs, I had no idea what was going to come of them, but I didn't want that pile to end.
Now, as long as I don't get distracted from the distractions, more progress will be made.
Just LOVE the tiny quilt...it's adorable!!!! Keep it up..you are such an inspiration.....Gina

You know, they have drugs for that affliction!
Are these little blocks 1 1/2"? I'd need reading glasses on top of my bifocals to see to work with the little pieces that come together to make each little block.
Nice work! Is this the smallest you've ever done?
